The work

The work and, even before that, the aims of the Employers’ Association, are described in article 3 of the statute.

 The work of the Association, characterised by constant updating, innovation and the development of processes, products and services, in line with the dynamics of the economic and work environments at national and international level, ranges:

•from the functions of representation and protection of the industrial sector and individual companies;

•to the spreading of the culture and values of the companies, especially regarding the market, quality and environment;

•from qualified consultancy services specialised in the various company problems;

•to an associative increase;

•to the professional training and qualification of personnel;

•to internal and external communication, personalised according to the needs of the companies;

•to the use of new, computerised technologies;

•to promoting the internationalisation of the companies;

•to the development of good industrial relations.
